Shipping policy
We offer to ship free of charge when a purchase is made from Athenia Jewellery. We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm service. This service is subject to our discretion and may change at any time, without notice.
On the occasion we offer promotional free delivery; the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however, the charge of duties and import taxes will not.
International orders will result in additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. We will not cover these costs, therefore, you will be responsible for them. Unfortunately, as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
For pieces that are Made to Order, please allow approximately 21 working days before your order can be shipped.
For pieces that are engraved, please allow approximately 10 working days before your order can be shipped.
