Finding your finger size is simple with the correct tool, a cheap and easy kit can be purchased from Amazon here

If the ring arrives and it doesn't fit, we will not be held responsible, it is the customer’s responsibility to know their correct finger size.
16 inches is the deafult chain length, if you would like this to be adjusted within a reasonable range (12" - 20") it will be done, free of charge.
We recommend that you find your wrist size professionally.
1. First, you must find your wrist size, this can be done using a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Wrap it around your wrist where you would usually wear the bracelet
2. If you are using a strip of paper, ribbon or cord. Mark the end of the strip then measure the length against a ruler. This is your wrist size.
Note: do not tightly wrap your wrist when measuring the length, this can result in a bangle that is too tight. 

If the bangle arrives and it doesn't fit, we will not be held responsible, it is the customer’s responsibility to know their correct bangle size.
This is a feature of the Geode Collection, everyday wear and tear results in a personalised patina forming over time. Some surface finishes fade faster than others, such as the Midnight Blue finish.
It cannot be changed. We offer shipping free of charge when a purchase is made from Athenia Jewellery. We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.
If you would like a custom arrival date, leave us a note in the cart.
If your finger size is not available, leave us a note in the cart and we will make sure the ring is made to that specification.

For rings and earrings, this is usually no longer than two (2) days, we aim for same day shipping.

For pendants that require handmade work, four (4) days

For bangles, expect up to a week. This is due to the large amount of handmade work that goes into making them perfect.

Terms of return or cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation without giving any reason fourteen (14) days from the day on which you acquire, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the products in your order.

Products that have been purchased from Athenia Jewellery may only be returned to the following address after the cancellation process has been started by emailing info@atheniajewellery.co.uk, using the provided cancellation form.

1. Send an email to info@atheniajewellery.co.uk complete with the required (*) information, which can be found on the Return form tab;

2. We will reply to your email to confirm the cancellation and check that all the required information is present so that we can send you a pre-paid airway bill;

Note: We will not accept any packages sent to the return address unless the return has been authourised. The package will be returned to you at your expense;

3. You must include in the delivery package the completed return form along with the product, all its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order, the service guide, the warranty card and all other documents (if applicable) in their original box;

4. Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid airway bill received with your package;


You must keep a proof of return shipment, and we accept no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only products merchandise received by the above address will be eligible for a refund.

Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable) as well as the original box and delivery package. If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.

All returns will be subject to strict quality control by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet quality control standards, we will refuse return and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product satisfies the quality control, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange

Failure to comply with the above will entitle us to refuse the product and send it back to you at your own cost.

Orders for products that have been personalised in any way or otherwise made for you with bespoke specifications cannot be cancelled and such products cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. This includes, without limitation, products that have been engraved or embossed (excluding rings that have been customised to the customers finger size)

You may return a product purchased from Atheniajewellery.co.uk, provided that the return complies with the return process and the right to cancel.

Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a gift recipient and with to return a product, please contact client relations center to discuss your options.

All lines of information with a “*” afterwards are mandatory, the return form will not be processed if these are not completed in full.
